Havings Hospices Fundraising Christmas Tree Collection Service is returning in January 2024 to support our hospice care. They will be offering residents in the specific postcode areas of SS0, SS1, SS2, SS3, SS4, SS5, SS6, SS7, SS8 and SS9 the collection of their real Christmas trees in return for a small donation to Havens Hospices. Minimum £7 donation. So, instead of giving yourself the task of trying to squeeze your Christmas tree in your car for a trip to the local tip, why not book a collection service with them whilst supporting your local hospice at the same time? Without your help this cannot go ahead. Can you spare 2 hours on a Wednesday to help serve tea/coffee and cake to residents? The Chelmsford Star Co-op (Green) have kindly donated some refreshments for this warm space. Lets help each other and come together to help, we all know too well the energy crisis is affecting all age groups from the young to the elderly.
