Hullbridge Parish Council are only responsible for street lights in unadopted Roads.  If you wish to report a defective street light in one of the unadopted roads listed in the link below then please contact us.

For any street lighting issues in roads not listed in the Unadopted Street Lights list/link above below please contact Essex County Council Highways directly to report the defect as Essex County Council are responsible for all other street lights in Hullbridge. You can report this on the Essex County Council Highways website or call them on 0345 603 7631. (Please check with your telephone provider for call charges).

All other highways issues including those listed below are the responsibility of Essex County Council Highways to maintain/repair.
