Removal of rubbish from Kendal Park. Grass cut in main areas – spring /autumn
The Swathes, hedges and footpath edges (width of mower) every month or two.
Removal of any overhanging branches / trim hedge back as required.
Butterfly area – grass cut and hedges trimmed. Coppiced areas - removal of nettles etc. Spring and autumn only. Pond area maintained / all entrances cleared and pathways maintained.
Benches / entrance information boards and entrance map painted.
Planting / maintenance of trees / wild flowers.
Other
Corner of Central Avenue – strim back once/twice a year if not completed by ECC.
Bus Shelters/Noticeboards – Cleaned and painted also removal of any old notices and add new ones.
CCTV – Visually checked.
Garden Association – White caps/bench/lamppost – painted.
Red lamp posts- Ferry Road – painted periodically
Ferry Road – Black tree surrounds painted periodically and beds under the trees maintained.
Front and rear Office Gardens – Maintained.
Winter salting – Car park including footpath corner of Pooles Lane – outside the Laundry, Lower Road (top of hill), outside the Office, Kendal Close.
Benches maintained.
