Rochford District Council Sector Specific Grants

NEW: Sector-Specific Grant Launches.

A new Sector-Specific Additional Restrictions Grant has launched today, offering support to:
• Businesses that vend food or drink for consumption on the premises (including cafes, restaurants and pubs)
• Accommodation businesses (including catteries and kennels)
• Indoor venues (including indoor entertainment and halls)
The main purpose of this grant is to support those businesses that have only recently been able to re-open and are continuing to operate under strict capacity restrictions.
Eligibility criteria apply, including a need for businesses to operate from non-domestic premises in Rochford District, to have been established no later than 1st January 2021 and to have been operating at the time of application.
The scheme will close at 5pm on Friday 11th June and all applications will be processed after this date. Late applications will not be accepted.
Please note, the Council is working on further grant schemes that are likely to provide support to other types of affected business. You are encouraged to continue checking these bulletins as they are the best place to learn about new grants as soon as they launch.
